Tuna Broccoli Noodle

1 Jun

Hari ini gue bingung mau masak apa. Tapi nggak mau belanja.

Gue punya beras, fusilli, mie, brokoli, jamur, tomat, setengah kaleng tuna, setengah potong sosis, tomat, pasta tomat, dan sebuah selada kecil.

Ingredients: Noodle, broccoli, mushroom, canned tuna, garlic, ginger, cooking oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, chicken stock/maggi or whatever, salt and pepper, 1 tsp of tapioca flour stirred in a little water.
To do: cook the noodle in a boiling water for 2-3 minutes (follow the instruction), rinse.
Heat oil, sautee garlic and ginger till smells good. Add some drips of sesame oil. Add broccoli. add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, salt and pepper, chicken stock. boil with some water until the broccoli almost tender, drop the mushroom. Add some drops of the tapioca thingy to make the sauce sticky and stir with canned tuna. Stir all together with the noodle. Yum. Did I forgot something?
